Solution #2: If you have an Airtel sim, Insert airtel sim to slot 1 and activate it with wearable app. After connecting remove the airtel sim from slot 1 and put your jio sim card! Now you can setup this problem without any problem. ( NOTE: We didn't tried this personally but we got this information from Jio Technical Team)
When the watch is connected to the handset via Bluetooth the watch will receive messages via the o2 sim in the handset and is also able to send messages via the o2 sim. When Bluetooth is disabled then the watch can still send & receive messages via the LTE data but the messages are still identified as coming from the o2 sim.
Also, on your Galaxy phone, in the Settings--> Advance features --> Call & text on other devices - toggle it on. Needless to say, Watch should be connected to WiFi (connection can take a few seconds to a minute to be established).
