Pleasenote, that latest CODEX-based repack has a compatibility problems with some PCs. No one can tell if it works for you or not. Assassins Creed III Remastered. My issue, and many other people's issue as well, is that it won't even launch at all, with any configuration. It's completely broken. Theubisoft launcher recognizes my controller and I even press A to launch AC origins. When it gets to the main menu and doesn't recognize my controller. ACOrigins doesn't start. hey i've bought AC:Origins on Steam, downloaded in 3 hours. I've tried to run it, it activated on uplay. When i click on play, there's sync window, i can see exe in task manager but only for a while, game doesn't start. Reinstalled, tried to run as administrator, restarted computer, reinstalled uplay to game directory
Thiscould be due to other programs, services, tasks already running causing game to take a bit longer to close. Try disabling the non essential ones to free up more CPU/RAM resources. Essentially starting PC with clean boot. Also make sure you update windows to latest public release.
