If you have an VOM you can check the breaker. If it is good, then you can check for voltage on the pins of space #30. If none there is a good chance your wiper switch is bad.

When I pulled the rad fan relay (2 actually) I could make the blower work with turn signals as well as the cooling fan on the back terminal on both relays with a jumper wire. My Blind Spot Detection system goes back and forth between working properly and not working. Every time it goes into "not working" mode the yellow light in the right mirror lights up and stays on while the one in the left mirror stays off. The Jeep Wrangler TPMS wireless receiver is located on the chassis cross member. The receiver gets its information from the dual-axis accelerometer in the wheel sensors.
